Well, it's not good for video, it's slower than sd cards, harder to use with computer. It's too bad that the Olympus SW series only uses this. It works fine for a while, but it will have card errors. I was really upset when it forced me to format it and have all the pictures I wanted to be erased... It's good for Olympus because it's the only one there. But, the solution is to format it regularly, which I don't like to do.
