It's a battery so there is only so much to say. These are solid units that power equipment for a good bit of time. It takes alot of work to run through one of these on my A700 dSLR. I have 2 but I've never run through 2 in a whole day and usually if I've moved on to the second battery my arms and eyes are pretty tired as well!!! That is powering the entire system which often has very large telephotos (500mm) that take a great deal of juice to focus. My subject matter is wildlife or sports typically so the focus motor is always whirling but these batteries are solid.
